Learn to Meditate with Peace & Mindfulness

According to doctors and health practitioners, meditation can help save your life. Regular meditation can lower your blood pressure and can help you deal successfully with life. The world can be a stressful & chaotic place. The interaction between people can be challenging without the right coping skills.

In this 3 part class you will learn various techniques for meditation.
We will be using imagery, crystal bowls & Tingsha Tibetan chimes.
You’ll learn to manage your stress easily.
& cope with situations you which you have no control

Learn how to be anywhere with anyone at any time remaining in control of you!
Join us for three experiential & relaxing evenings!
No meditation experience required. Even the most active minds are welcome.
